Orders and ownership

Check the spelling, extension, term and details before paying. Search results do not reserve a domain. Payment does not guarantee registry acceptance: we confirm registration only after the provider responds. The named registrant is the holder and must supply accurate details and meet extension requirements, including any document checks. Before service starts, we email the order confirmation and a copy of the accepted terms. Premium names are not sold at standard-name prices.

Prices and terms

The planned standard-name offer for .it, .es, .eu and .com.es is €8.99 total price for the first year or €26.97 total price for three initial years; subsequent renewal is €11.99 total price per year. For .it, the prepaid service covers one annual registration and two included annual renewals, rather than an immediate three-year registry registration. The summary before payment states the applicable term and total. Other extensions have the total prices shown in the pricing table: their initial three-year plan costs three times their initial annual price. Email costs €2.70 total price per mailbox per month or €29.70 total price per mailbox per year, paid upfront, saving €2.70 compared with twelve monthly payments. The subscription renews at the selected interval until canceled. Transfers have separate quotes. Recurring payments require disclosure in the order.

Renewals, expiry and transfers

Registry expiry and any prepaid renewals are shown separately in your account. Keep your email current and check expiry: after expiry, websites and email may stop, and recovery may incur separately quoted costs or be impossible. Rules and deadlines depend on the registry. An outgoing transfer does not automatically cancel other services; contact support about unused prepaid renewals, without affecting your rights. Transfer codes and locks remain subject to security and registry requirements.

DNS, nameservers and email

With our nameservers you manage records in your account; with external nameservers you manage records at that provider. Changes take time to propagate and can interrupt websites and mail. Keep a copy of your configuration. Web hosting is not included in a domain-only purchase. Email is a separate service: price, quota, renewal, cancellation and any grace period will be stated before ordering. Back up messages before canceling a mailbox.

Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds

If you buy as a consumer, distance contracts normally carry a 14-day withdrawal right from conclusion under applicable law. Email support@itdomain.it with your name, email, order and withdrawal statement; a specific form is not compulsory. Example: ‘I withdraw from the contract for [service/order], concluded on [date], name and contact details [details].’ Starting service during the withdrawal period requires the express request required by law. Loss of the right after full performance requires the legally prescribed conditions and acknowledgements: we do not presume that all domains are automatically excluded. A proportionate charge for service already supplied may be due where legally permitted. Refunds due are made using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise, within legal deadlines. If registration definitively fails without service being supplied, we refund the relevant payment. An uncertain outcome is checked first to prevent duplicate registration or charging. Remedies for non-conforming services remain unaffected.

Use and support

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, spam or infringement of others’ rights. We may suspend a service when necessary for security, legal obligations or registry requests, notifying you where permitted. For problems or complaints, email support@itdomain.it with your order reference; we investigate and explain the next steps. Future changes to these terms do not remove accrued rights. Irish law applies without overriding mandatory consumer rights or the courts available to consumers in their country of residence.
