The name and mailbox are different services
Registering business.it lets you choose services to use with that name. It does not automatically create hello@business.it. You need an email provider with storage and features suitable for your work.
Compare per-mailbox cost, storage, client access and recovery procedures. Openprovider offerings will be enabled after the product available in our account is verified; you can connect another provider using DNS.
Check receiving and sending separately
Use the exact MX records supplied by the provider. For sending, configure SPF and DKIM according to its instructions; do not publish two SPF records for the same name. Introduce DMARC after identifying legitimate senders.
Moving existing messages is separate from changing MX. Prepare mailboxes, aliases and clients before switching, then test incoming and outgoing mail. Do not remove the old service before checking the results.
